Lauren Blackwood

Lauren’s career has centred on supporting people and creating the conditions for them to perform. After eight years in teaching, she moved into leading elite women’s sporting programs across AFLW and netball, working closely with athletes, coaches and key stakeholders.
She brings that experience to the daily running of Eclat, leading operations and supporting the development of its people and culture.
With an attentive, personal approach, Lauren helps connect the wider vision for Eclat with the experience of being here. Her focus is on supporting the team and building trusted relationships with the individuals and businesses who make up the Eclat community.
