Paul brings extensive experience in Melbourne’s property and commercial real estate market, alongside practical knowledge of taking developments from concept to completion.
His career includes negotiating major retail property deals and delivering more than $300 million in projects through his Blueprint Project portfolio. That experience has shaped his belief that places should stand the test of time, through both the quality of their construction and the experience they offer.
At Eclat, Paul focuses on creating considered environments that reflect the quality of members’ businesses and the way they welcome clients. His approach connects thoughtful design with an understanding of how workplaces support identity, relationships and long-term value.
